Brought my vehicle to this location twice previous to Covid and once during, all within the time frame to have the paint repaired. Was the Pilot with the well know white paint issues. Was constantly delayed by them until recently they’ve stated they can no longer help.
Went to corporate for assistance and they’ve stated nothing can be done now and that the dealership should have handled it.
In the mean time, I have what should be a beautiful vehicle with a lot of life left that instead looks like it’s falling apart. Thanks for nothing Honda.
Highly recommend you avoid purchasing from this dealership and or Honda in general, they don’t follow through on their word or back their products. Extremely shady.

We were looking for a certified used car and we went to Honda Livermore and that was one of the best decision we made. We were assisted by Micheal and he was amazing. We have had some mixed experiences when shopping for cars in general how the sales person is pushy and loud but here we had such a pleasant experience. Micheal was very sweet and tried his best to give us the best price. Omair the manager was also very nice. We finalized our car and drove it home the same day. Just a few words to express my great experience at Livermore Honda with Renee M. last week. Once I expressed my interest she replied promptly and helped inform me about to vehicles in question. Renee provided me with details and communicated with me regularly but didn't pressure me. I came from out of town and she came in on her day off so I could test drive 2 cars. This mind you was in the evening. She along with the manager Omar helped me get a 2022 CR-V to fit my familys' needs.
